Northern Rock Pest Control has installed a replenishable chemical termite barrier to your property at LOT 12380 (6) REDMOND
CRES, DURACK . It is a condition of your Eflex $1 Million dollar structural timber replacement warranty and usually a condition of
your buildings Permit to Occupy that a minimum of an annual visual termite inspection be carried out as outlined in and in
accordance with Australian Standard 3660.2. Northern Australia including Darwin is considered an extremely high risk area for
termite attack. Failure to carry out your annual inspection and chemical replenishments will void any warranties offered and may
lead to structural termite damage. Please beware, general Home & Contents insurance does not cover against termite damage.
The visual termite inspection to be carried will consist of a detailed inspection of external structure and grounds including any
outbuildings as well as an inspection of the all internal areas and accessible roof voids. A comprehensive report will be provided on
completion of the inspection. Any recommendations made in your report must be carried out as well as any chemical applications
when due. Failure to carry out reported recommendations or chemical barrier replenishments which result in termite activity may
void any warranties or free service periods.
Northern Rock Pest Control is the accredited installer and warranty provider of the termite management system to your property.
All warranties will be void if serviced by any unauthorized and/or unaccredited pest control operator.
Your Eflex warranty is a totally renewable product for the life of your building. A new Eflex warranty certificate will be issued on
